three times a day, morning, noon and afternoon. 

Shake before use. Avoid eye contact when applying. Apply at a distance of 10-15 cm. Apply in a sufficient amount (2 mg/cm2 of skin) on clean and dry skin half an hour before sun exposure.

Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sun exposure and especially after drying off with a towel, after swimming or when sweating. Topical use.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In the event of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

Do not apply on wounds and/or in the event of intense skin sensitivity.
