Always light our candles long enough for the wax to melt to the edges of the container.
We recommend lighting our small candles for up to 3 hours and our large candles for up to 4 hours at a time to avoid excessive smoking.
When cool, trim the wick by pinching the burnt ends with your fingers. Remove all debris from the candle before relighting.
Discontinue use of the burning candle when there is only ½” of wax left in the bottom to avoid the potential of a fire hazard.
Keep burning candles away from children, pets and flammable materials.
Never leave burning candles unattended.
Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant, non-flammable surface away from fabric or drapes.
Choose an area free from drafts to avoid uneven burning. Do not place your candle on a marble or glass surface.
If the bottom of the hot candle glass comes in contact with a cold material, the glass may crack.
Allow soy candles to cool and harden before relighting.
Do not move the candle while it is burning.
