Service Description
Not sure where to start? Perfect for new patients, or those who aren't sure which treatments are right for them, a consultation is an opportunity for you to have a no-obligation chat with Ruth. During your consultation, Ruth will determine the appropriate treatments for you, after discussing your concerns and skin goals. If you already know what you’re after, you can book straight in for a treatment slot. You are not obliged, at any time, to go ahead with any treatment. Face to Face Consultation (1h) Includes : 1. Observ 520x Skin Analysis which will be emailed to you. 2. Skincare Advice, including our Prescription Skincare Range, and Foundation Matching if Required 3. A Treatment Plan based on your goals and budget. 4. Test Patch if relevant. 5. £25 voucher for personal use and valid for 1 month Online Consultation (45mins): 1. Discussion to determine your skin goals 2. Skincare Advice, including our Prescription Skincare Range 3. A Treatment Plan based on your goals and budget. Existing Patients : No need to book a consultation, just message or contact Ruth.
Cancellation Policy
We accommodate appointment cancellations up to 48h before treatment. Cancellations/rescheduling less than 48h before your appointment is at our discretion. We offer Paypal Pay in 3: This allows you to split a total payment into 3 interest free Payments. Make the first payment at the time of purchase and make two more payments on the same date each month. Purchase amount: £30 - £2000 (Not available for Price Plans/Boost Programmes)
