Omega Balance has been formulated to provide an appropriate ratio of the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids EPA, DHA and GLA. Each capsule provides 150mg of DHA and 75mg of EPA from an algal (vegan) source, and 46mg of GLA from evening primrose oil.
