The treatment may include: • A prescription-only medicine, used in very small, diluted amounts and applied superficially where clinically appropriate • NCTF® skin booster • Microneedling • Medical-grade Dermalux light treatment The focus of this approach is on skin surface quality, rather than muscle relaxation or alteration of facial expression. About the treatment The Glass Facial combines different modalities that act at the level of the skin. The prescription-only medicine is microneedled superficially and will not affect underlying facial muscles. NCTF® is a skin booster containing a combination of vitamins, amino acids, minerals and other ingredients used to support skin hydration and condition. Microneedling stimulates collagen and opens channels, at the right depth, for the serums to be delivered where they will be most effective in the skin. Dermalux Tri-Wave MD is a (Class IIA) medical devise that can output 3 clinically proven wavelengths which Ruth will select according to your skin needs. ⸻ What to expect Response to treatment varies between individuals.
