The mid-face (front cheek area) plays a key structural role in how the under-eye and eye contour look. As we age, volume loss and descent in this area can create shadows, hollowness and tiredness around the eyes. By carefully placing dermal filler in the mid-face, we can: Restore structural support to the cheek Gently lift the tissues that sit beneath the eye Reduce the appearance of under-eye shadows and hollowness Create a smoother transition from lower eyelid to cheek Improve overall balance and freshness around the eyes Importantly, this approach enhances the eye area indirectly, often reducing the need for filler placed directly under the eyes and helping maintain a natural, rested appearance. Results are subtle, supportive and focused on facial harmony rather than volume. Local anaesthetic cream will be applied and left to work for 10-20 minutes before your treatment. This is included in the treatment time. This treatment is for 1ml of dermal filler.
